Description

Court House is a pretty looking semi detached stone cottage in the middle of the village and is believed to date back to 1884. It has a well stocked cottage garden to its front and to the rear, a couple of stone out buildings and a private rear garden with additional flagged patio.

Entry to the cottage is via a porch at the rear that opens into a delightful sitting room with a log burning stove that is surrounded by an original cast iron range with its ovens and cooking crane. This room leads into a dining kitchen with fitted storage units. Upstairs there are two bedrooms served by a family shower room. The cottage has additional heating in the form of night storage heaters and has over recent years had both its windows and roof reconditioned.

The largest of the outbuildings is located immediately to the rear of the property and is currently used as a workshop and garden storage. There are also a pair of former pig sheds and parking is on street.
