Beckett Close lies just off Station Road and is a small development of mixed properties built in the late 90's. The plot on which No. 31 is built was purchased by the owners who appointed an Architect to design a home specific to their wants and needs, thus creating an individual two storey property providing rooms of generous proportions and unlike most modern homes of today, a home with plenty of storage ! The build was completed in 2000.
With east/west elevations there is a light and airy, double aspect kitchen/diner, a comfortable sitting room with doors out to the garden, a cloakroom and ground floor double bedroom. There is internal access to the garage which is useful. From the spacious entrance hall a staircase leads to a landing, two very large double bedrooms, bathroom and a walk-in storage cupboard with access into the eaves. All windows are uPVC double glazed and heating is via a gas combi boiler which was renewed in 2015.
Outside, there is sufficient parking in front and to the side of the property for several vehicles plus a single garage with a roller door and electricity connected. A gravelled pathway wraps right around the property leading to the garden area which is gravelled for low maintenance and bounded by planted shrubberies and fencing.
